# "The Vault"

## Introduction

"The Vault" is our way of making and creating the financial process/usage of all funds received, published in the most transparent way possible. The vault will be opened as a section in our HQ (discord), providing an excel spreadsheet with all the financial breakdowns. The vault will open up on release day and will be updated bi-weekly allowing holders to see where the resources are going, as well educating holders on the blockchain.

## What exactly is "The Vault"?

The vault itself will consist of 50% of the overall funding in a multi-sig wallet with 2 designated signatures. This vault will be used upon community driven developments, that we as a community feel will further the growth of this brand as well minor pre-determined developments.

## "The Vault" Breakdown

The vaults official documentation will not only include the movement and direction of all resources raised, but it will also consist of the amounts team members will be paid and how much certain pre-determined developments will cost. This breakdown will be easy to read and understand as Etherscan documentation will be provided.
